Jazzymyne, I looked it up. They are in fact illegal in your city. The law prohibits "constricting snakes," which includes BRBs. Sorry!

There are lots of cities in WI that don't have that restriction though, so you shouldn't have trouble finding a city that lets you keep Amalie Mae.
