Lol been busy past few days I'm starting to work out again and my working out diet is an pain I'm always hungry lol I'm taking vitamins for the veggies I really hate veggies

Cause the natural stuff in carrots turn into an fat in your body I'm only eating 90 grams of fat a day with and 1100 calorie diet for the next month drop a some pounds than imma going to bulk up

Yea I got a other 3 weeks on this stupid diet then imma bulking up 5aking on around 2-3 thousand calories a day with lot more protien what I'm doing at the moment is basicly and fatburning/cutting cycle

Not really bodybuilding just want to get back into the shape I was in highschool and lose some of my gut but as for putting on like 30 pounds of muscle not for me to much work altho I know were I can get some gear at tho not cheap
