You haven't even got your first snake to eat yet and you've got the idea of a potential new one in your head.
About what kind of milksnake you own, look up the taxonomy of the various subspecies you think she is. That should give you pics of what size and how many scales are in and around the head area. That is the better way than just guessing based off looks.
Lastly, to get your snake to eat. Don't handle it as much. Attempt to feed her again in 5 days and see how it goes.
