100%.... yellow belly racers, plainbelly waters and wandering garters are not found within that range

Actually if you read page three of aforementioned PDF you will see that according to the state of Missouri they have eastern yellow bellied racers statewide.

yellow bellies are in missouri...just not in the southeastern portion were this snake was said to be found....its a speckled king
