Thanks! He was in shed there. Has grown a lot. He's an Anerythristic red sided garter snake.
Here's a more recent to show how much he's grown. (actually this still isn't quite up to date) love his solid black eyes.
Here's a weird lookig one.

First of all on the day I found him, he was under a rock in an active spring that never dries up and it was snowing out.
Realistically, Had I not flipped that rock, he would have been dead by morning.
Secondly, He jumps after water drops, if I splash his bowl, he freaks out and chases the droplets.
He's just a doofus.
