imo, the venomoid process is the same as sterilizing your cat or dog. i've seen it done first hand.

Surely its more like removing your dog or cats teeth? A Sterilised animal can still fight/defend itself - a venomous snake with no venom has had its main source of defense/attack removed.

I wrote that the PROCESS was the same. As in, how the proceedure is performed. What you said is a fair analogy. However, keep in mind that venomoids are kept in captivity and do NOT need their venom to live a long, healthy life.

That makes sense, i dont think id ever do it to a snake i owned but i would defiantly take one in. And like a few people said above me, the majority of people are against it.
