New GTP!
Serenity.jpg
So I went into the reptile store for some ground cover and mice for my ball and corn... Walked out with a GTP, food for the two, and all the makings to give my new GTP a happy home. I couldn't handle it guys. The instant I saw her I had to have her. I've named her Serenity because she is SO docile. I held her and walked around the store picking out everything I would need to make her oh so comfy.
Personally I think she is gorgeous but would very much appreciate your guys' opinion since this is the first time I've been to this store and/or ever owned a GTP.
I've always wanted to own a GTP but I thought it was a bit of a way off because of the temperament, but honestly she is far more docile then my ball... Thus the name Serentity.
Let me know what you all think. I'll post more pics in a few days when she settles a bit.

Re: New GTP!
Your wish is my command Freebody! I think this girl will be my fav by far.
Seriously I can't believe her temperament! She bit me once already but that was when I was trying to get her out of the bag that I brought her home in so I came in from above with much noise and rustling. I don't blame her
Like I said before I walked around the whole store for 15 min just picking out her home decor with her chilling on my hand with no intention of giving me a nip.
I'm so exited that I've found a GTP with a good temperament. In about a month and a half I'll probably be dropping major money on getting her a sweet display home with all the fixens.
Anyway... Still looking for some good opinions on what the colors are going to be, what I can do to make her oh so happy, and anything else that comes to your hepa driven minds.

Come visit us for the fall TARAS show... not too far, GTPs are definitley to be found.
Barring that, talk to kevin and denise at urbansquamata, they are on the island and often come here to help out etc.

Re: New GTP!
you have to be very carefull when handling gtp's up to the age of a year.
their spines are very easily damaged.
great looking wee guy you have there,i'm sure it wont be your last as morelia's very very addictive.
cheers shaun
