i hate plastic tubs.... i'm still trying to decide what i want to use.... so far i think i have everything under control. in the hot hide its 82 been that way all day with the occasional peak to 83ish... shes been hanging up at the top of the tub any way. she also likes playing in her lil bushes i put in there.

I was referring to digging with claws, like a monitor or tegu, which could peel up the tape or cut through the insulation on the cable. Snakes don't so much dig as... push their way under substrate.

BRBs happen to dig under their substrate a lot. at least mine does. It is not unusual for my brb to be out of the hide under my substrate with nothing but it's head out.

yea, thats what i hear... i dont want her under the substrate though cuz my dumb UTH. so i made a hide that goes on top of the UTH and it gets only 83-84 in the hide. i will be getting that heat rope stuff though in a week or so.
