1st crack at drawing herps...
Back in high school I used to be something of an artist but since graduating and getting married I've kind of let it go. Anyway, today I thought I'd give it a go and here's what I hammered out.

I'm thinking of getting a Boa tattooed right around my arm. Bet that'll be a challenge ;-)

Thanks guys. It could have gone either way. It's been like 7 years since I've tried to do a "real" drawing. I'll try to do a few more in the near future. I hope the rest don't suck!

Thats goodwork. Try using sketching pencils next time, like a nice 2B and 6B, you'll like how the soft textures work, regular pencils tend to give a flat tone

Thanks, I'll try that. I just had one of those Bic push pencils and I couldn't really get any consistency out of it.
