Hognose scale issues?

Update:

I don't know if I've nudged the thermostat while dusting the top of his tank, or maybe my mom nudged it up, but either way, it was way higher than it should have been.

and now I feel absolutely awful. it's probably burns. I feel completely and utterly like crap now.

I do check the thermos and the temps twice or three times a day, but clearly, at some point I've miss read or mischecked something.

phoning the vet tomorrow and getting an appointment for him.
