Help! Id this aggressive snake! Stalking my animals!

Eastern garter snake, probably less than three feet long. Unable to eat any but the tiniest birds.

agreed. I don't think this is large enough snake to really be a threat to any birds (even something like chicken chicks I would think would be too large...)
