I think they are referring to their leopard gecko as ¨they¨ because they are unsure of the sex, despite the advice you gave earlier.
Entirely possible, they just kept switching back and forth between "they" and "he" in the same sentence. Not trying to be the grammar police, just attempting to figure out if there is more than one lizard involved.
Im pretty sure that they are female now thank you for your advice, yes there is only one lizard in the tank. I've looked pretty throughly over her and I can't find any cuts or any visible injuries, is there anything internally that could be happening???
