I lost my cornsnake plenty of times, though hes an adult so idk how hard it'll be to find a baby. What I did was look under everything that produces
HEAT! The first time I lost my snake Dragon, he was climbing under my washing machine! The second time he was in my warm bedroom at night underneath a dresser. The 3rd time I found him underneath a deep freezer.
My tip: Look underneath ALL your mechanics! Washing machines, fridges, etc. these produce heat.
