Hey Dave... That brings up a question from me if you don't mind... When you treat a snake with it do you leave it on and let it dry or do you rinse them off... I've been rinsing them off to be on the safe side but I wanted to know the proper procedure...

You let it dry. Don't rinse anything off.

Definitely don't rinse it off. That defeats the whole purpose of actually treating the snake.

For the preventive applications, I put my snakes in a holding container and spray them liberally, let it sit while I clean the enclosure, spray down clean enclosure and put the snake back. I replace water bowls the following day.

For treatment of mites you'll want to spray the snake in the same way but also the enclosure, hides and paper towels every 3-4 days. I did this process for 3 months on 1 snake that got shipped in with mites and have been mite free since and not a single other snake on my collection got them as a result.
