1. Are you SURE it's a boy?
2. Do you have an actual hatch date? (Is his age accurate)?

I am stunned at his size.
This snake's growth rate is the result of power feeding, that is why he is so large. Yes a male and a snake of his age can get this large when fed in this manner. A BRB of his age should average below 200 grams when fed properly. Of course, snakes grow at their own pace, but that much of a difference simply comes down to feeding.

I thought OP was going to take our advice to slow down, but it seems they've gone back to overfeeding their snake. They went from feeding every 10-12 days now back to every 7-10 days, when they should be further reducing their snake's food intake.

A weight gain of 189 grams in 2 months is highly abnormal and really worrying.

Probably can't see it because of his pattern but his spine sticks out a good bit and his belly is concaved. I'm feeding a 550g snake 40g every 7-10days. I tried longer but it puts him in a bad mood and he is normally a sweet snake. Tonight I'ma say screw you guys and bump him up to a 51g small rat

@Jellybean

100% sure it's a him. He was born the first week of Aug 2015.(so he is 13months now). The other day I saw a high red female yearling that was 650g. The female was born 8/2015 too and in the city but it looks like a different breeder. It's probably possible that they are related a generation or two ago.
