it probably is true sapphyr as ive found out recently that they only become sexually mature around 6 months old, so its quite possible that they dont accually develope there sexual organs properly until then
I think once you see the pores and the hemipenal bulges you can safely sex for males. However for females you can't know for sure until a certain age as some males are "late bloomers" :P Same with Crested geckos.
