here is a few tip for ya even though u have a humifire(exuse the spelling) be sure to spray them about 2-3 timesa day (but dont spray them) and make sure you shake the crickets in i high calcium powder and give them some giant meal worms, super worms.and to move them just put on good gloves and use the 3 point hold on them one finger above the head one under the chin and the rest of the fingers suporting the body and please dont grab the tail. email me if you have any more qustions

I know nothing about the tokays ... but I would avoid feeding giant mealworms to anything. They are treated with hormones to grow them to that size. Superworms are another species and are fine.

at store we sold our tokay for 19.99 and an employee could purchase for just over 8 dollars. Anything over 20 in my opinion is just outrageous (sp?) for a Tokay. They are awesome animals to look at but their unwanting to be handled if you get them after their juvenile stage just deters me from them... plus besides the leopard gecko and bearded dragon, i'm not much of a lizard fan

tokay
They are an awesome diaplay Herp!! I have a pair, and I am incubating a pair of eggs right now. They make a really neat sound when they are courting. At night about 9:00 - 11:00, for a couple weeks themale croaks to attract the female. They are a main conversation peice when company comes over.
I feed mine crickets and pinkies (my male even eats fuzzies).
