Just out of curiosity, how crazy are they about these laws? Like if they actually did find out you have one because of circumstances other than people complaining and such, but it's obvious that you're taking care of it responsibly (locked/escape proof cage)?

Its not so bad in California, its worse in other states. When I was in Lodi, I went to the Serpentarium there and I saw an Anaconda for sale but I knew there would and could be no way for me to take this home.
