Housing: Arboreal Snake + Terrestrial Snake = ?

Some back info- I will be getting a HUGE 68" wide x 30" deep x 36" high enclosure soon. I will start my young snake(s) out in a 50gallon tank. I am setting it up all perfect before getting my snake(s) at the end of the summer. I have done hours upon hours of research and have decided for sure on a bredli/coastal/jungle python (will be going to an expo and picking up one of these species, whichever I fall in love with while there). I most definitely want one of these three species, as one of my top criteria for the snake I am getting is that is has to be pretty arboreal and make a good display snake- I've heard many carpets and bredli/centralians rarely ever leave their branches.

On the other hand, I LOVE BOAS. I am in love with the hog island boa- it is beautiful and a very perfect size. But it hides and does not tend to climb and would not make much of a display snake at all, defeating the purpose of spending all this time/money on a beautiful display for a snake that never shows itself.

The pythons and the hog island both require very similar husbandry and get to very similar sizes. I will have such a huge tank available once they are large enough to be comfortable in it. The pythons tend to stay up in the branches and the boa tends to stay on the floor and hidden. I realize snakes are not social creatures but I also know there are definitely possibilities for caging them together- for example, I know somebody who has a rainbow boa (stays more on the ground) caged with a tree python/boa (stays up high- forgot what specific species)- she says that since they tend to stay on opposite parts of the enclosure and have identical husbandry and she feeds them separately, it works out.

FINALLY- I would just love opinions! Another idea would be- would it be possible for me to just put a divider in the middle of the large tank and have a snake on each side, or would the enclosures then be too small? I realize this is a controversial topic- no angry peoples please
