yeah scalerot wouldn't look like that from the inside. It's a rot that starts between the scales on the outside, going in.
Did you pop it? anything inside it?
I can't think of a virus that would act like that, but you do seem to have a lot of deaths compared to others who've had the same number of snakes. It's kind of a strange percentage to all be coincidence.
