A sight I don't often see with BRB breeding....
The elusive Ovulation. While I typically see it a few times each year I also miss way more than I see. This week I fed my breeding adults on Monday and on Friday Tawney looked like this:
Notice how localized the swelling is. Looks like she just ate a large meal but she was the only female in the breeding group that did NOT feed.
Today the swelling was already spreading out and not so localized.
Tawney and Billy mating....

Looking good for DH ghosts around Early September.

Just in time to mess up my plans of the October N.A.R.B.C. show. Thanks Dave! Jk
MGB's are still next on the list. It's a very short list.

Very nice! I though in the water was dangerous.

Awesome! The best shot is definitely the one of love making in the water

Re: A sight I don't often see with BRB breeding....
great thread mate
the before and after shots are really informative
i look forward to following this thread, for real time updates
it would be really nice to see regular pictures, you could let us all follow nature take it's course
with some nice white eggs, eventually to have, some great looking hatchlings, popping their heads out,for their first look at the world
the above is merely a suggestion (hint, hint)
i hope EVERYTHING goes according to plan, and i wish you every success, with the soon to be pending clutch
all the best shaun
