I identified it as: a cool one. (scorpianus coolio).

My guess would be a Hottentota complex juvenile (I guess they're called instars? Look Here, last picture before the Mesobuthus section).
Again, I'm no expert, but that seems like a really good fit. I'm pretty sure yours is just a teeny baby in any case, because it doesn't have the bulbous stinger present in the rest of those pictures.

On second thought, after looking at it again.. It could actually be An Awesome One. ( scorpianus awesomus)
