large feed bulge

my bp didn't want to eat in blue last week so i ended up wasting one of my f/t rats :x
he shed yesterday and he's been looking hungry. i didn't feel like thawing one of the f/t for a whole day so i took the smaller of the male rats i had and f/k it for the snake. i didn't think it was that big but it looked HUGE while he was eating it. i thought he might spit it out but he finally got it down.

Re: large feed bulge

Wow, beautifull snake. Never understood why people like BP's so much. I started with two, didn't really care for them. Partly because of the size they were and stayed. Oartly because of they're shape. Mine never had color like that. This changes my disliking of them...

Re: large feed bulge

If you dont like normal BPs there are over a hundred morphs to choose from:P
As for shape, do some morphs have slightly more lean shapes then others?

Re: large feed bulge

Awww, he's beautiful!!!

My BP's feeding life has gone like this:

Live
F/T in brown bag (weird but it works)
Strike feed
Drop feed
Strike feed

It's sooo funny when he strike feeds, he looks like a little dark brown boa!
