Questions about live moss

I baught a bag with dorment frog moss in it I just am not sure what I need to plant it into that will promote growth and also be safe for my Corn snake. I have bonsai soil that I premix theres really nothing in it that should be bad for my snake its potting mix non fertilized mixed with sand and small peet gravel I have Reptile bark by All living things in his tank as of now and would like to add a few living plants to it starting with this moss. thnx for any advice.

Maybe check a garden store about the temps and what it needs to grow? Or start it in a pot.

Moss requires a wet environment in order to reproduce and grow. Your terrarium might be required to be quite humid. Would your Corn Snake be okay with that?

Turns out very loose potting mix with a little fine cypress mulch in it was just rite. Also my Ball python loves it as I decided on his tank rather than the corns its really dry in this part of texas so that should help a bit.
