Mali uro help: refuses greens

I have attempted to feed my juvenile mali uromastyx collard greens and bok choy. She accepted collard greens for a little while but now she refuses them. She is still eating sweet peas, green beans, dandelion (when I can find a good source), blueberry (on occaison), and she occaisonally will accept carrots. She also eats plenty of finch seed since that is her substrate. I've attempted to rub blueberry on the collard green to try and attract her to the taste, but she will stil shake her head and back up.

I must admit, this is my first attempt at caring for a uro, and even though I've read plenty of literature, I'm still a bit shaky.

Thanks for any help!

I don't like collard greens, either. Steamed, a little butter, garlic, and maybe some vinegar and now you're talking! (probably not good for the uro, however)
