Take 401 east than:

FROM THE 401 and/or 403: Exit on to HWY #10 ( Hurontario Street ) South, Travel South to Queensway. Turn West onto Queensway passing the Trillium Hospital. Turn South onto Stavebank. The entrance is just pass the first stop sign on the east side.

Hop on the 401 East to Mavis. Take Mavis south until you can drive no more. You're there.

I find it's easier to go down Mavis, like Mykee said. You can't get lost since it eventually turns into Stavebank.
The only problem is finding the parking lot entrance. It's on the left, just past the 3-way stop on Stavebank.
