i open the enclosure of the preditor just enough, then open the fly jar directly into it, tap some flys out, and replace the lid while it is still over the enclosure. but my flys are of the curl winged variety, so their flight ability is limited. if your flys are normal i would highly recommend getting the mutant strain instead.

Well my dad works at a hog barn, so he brings me home free flys, as many as I need.

i wouldnt bother feeding something so small, Pterinochilus and Ceratogyrus spiderlings can handle alot larger prey than that from their first feed, easily taking 1/4" (5-6mm) crickets.
back in the uk i used to feed my boon spiderlings fishing maggots, cheap and extremely effective.

Heck if you want to come to my place, I will let you catch the ones I have and keep them ;-)

Damn things, I swear they do not need a mate to breed, they expand just by breathing! ;-)
