BP Soaking (never did before)
One of my BPs has been soaking twice in the last 2 days for short periods of time. He never paid any attention before to his water bowl (that I have seen at least) but seems to enjoy his tub baths. His temps are good 88-90 in the warm hide and 76-78 ambient. My husbandry is dead on as far as I can tell. I use an accurite thermometer with probe and hydrometer and a BAH thermostat with a human heating pad. He is on carefresh substrate with hides on both sides. He is very active, eats fine (just ate a couple hours ago) and looks very healthy. I have checked him for mites and dont see any. Additionally, I have not found any in the water bowl. He just shed on October 8 so I doubt its a shed coming on (and he ate today which he wont do when he is getting ready to shed).
Thoughts? Thanks!
Jamie
