I have it and it rocks. The pics are the product of the camera x the picture taker. The camera definitely holds up its end of the bargain.

We got an A70 last year and love it.
I can only assume that the A95 truly is "25" better...

LOL Will. Its not. Same lense system and same architechture. The A70 is probably the best bang for your buck. For sure. Especially for internet pictures!

Doesn't the A70 have the biggest LCD screen of the two? I am not sure but I thought it did. For me the only "goodies" that matter are a nice screen to look at the photos on, good close ups, and really that's about it. LOL. I take point and click photos and I like it that way. I am looking to purchase either the A70 or A95 myself very soon.

I think the "big" difference between the 2 is that the A95's screen flips out. That's it.
I think (I was shopping last year so I could be remembering incorrectly) that that was the only big dif...

Yeah I remember now. I wouldn't ever use the flip out screen, so I liked the A70 better. :P
Do you use the flip out screen and actually have it flipped out Jeff?

The A70 has been replaced with the A75, but you can still find the A70 in some places. The A70 actually has the smallest screen out of the lot, at 1.5". The LCD for the A95, A85, and A75 have the 1.8" screen and the A80 and A95 have the flip out and twist screen. The A70 and A75 are 3.2mp, the A80 and A85 are 4.0mp, and the A95 is 5.0mp. Everything else between the cameras is almost identical (a few differences with the higher-end models; orientation sensors, very slightly longer zoom, etc).
Marisa, you should definitely pick up the A75 and get some good shots of those two little black spiders of yours...
Cheers,
Ryan

HAHA yeah I can't take this camera anymore. Any close up spots are really crappy. Snakes seem to work out o.k. but bugs and spiders that I find or own never come out well, unless they are 7 inches big like the T's. lol
Soon soon soon!

I never flip out the screen. I paid for the extra megapixels. 5mp was what I needed for my photo printing and for certain shots for my snake stuff.
BUT THE A85 is a pretty sweeeeet camera as well!
