Ficus

Are there many people here in Alberta that would be willing to put together an order for Ficus Bengimini(sp?)? I can get them through work for about $35 each. Size: aprox 3.5' - 4' tall with pot(10") and about 2' wide. I talked to the boss and he is willing to cut me a deal if i can get an order of at least 30. I would offer to out of province but I think shipping would kill. Also I have no way of transporting them so you would have to pick up or something. I'm located in Red Deer. Just a thought, and figured why not.

You can find them for around 13 dollars at home depot for a 4 foot plant. Also try building box, rona/revy etc etc or even a nursery. Home Depot is your best bet... but nurserys will still sell them for less than your boss can get them for you.
It is Ficus benjamina
Good luck

Not sure if it's relevant but in (one of) our Toronto Home Depot, they were even as low as $7.99. I did get an AWESOME bonsai ficus for $20 and it is really cool. It looks like one of those swamp trees with the thick roots growing above the water. This is the best season to get the plant, too. The spring garden sales are winding down soon and the plants will be even cheaper than normal.
