new sask. user Hello
Hi Im chris klassen from saskatoon. I work at Razertip ind. in martensville, SK ( www.razertip.com (woodcarving and pyrography business)). I have always been intersted in the critters of the wild and thought its time to find others and what they collect and do. I have also just recently found out about the Leader spring snake count, so i gave sheila a call to find out more info. Sounds like a great trip, I have even got my wife to book time off work to come along, How many guys can get there wives to come rattlesnake counting?, should i tell her about the black widows and scorpions??? I am also currently interested in Rubber boas and w. Hognose. Have seen a handful of Boas in creston, BC but have never been able to find hoggies in sask, hopefully the snake count this spring will yeild one. has anyone else had luck with rubber boas and/or hoggies in canada? Who else here is coming to the count this spring?
thanks for your replies and hope to have some good chats here

Hey Chris, welcome to the site.
I hope to find a hognose snake this year too, it would be the first one found at a snake count. I'll have my camera ready when we do find one out here, the only native ones we've seen have been ones that ranchers have called us about. We have pictures of those.
