Here is a new pic of big Guyana girl.. at around 6ish feet, she is a powerhouse. She doesn't sit still much, constantly moving and it's a lot of muscle to contain. She took exception to being held and let me know it. It could've been a lot worse. Thankfully, it was a quick release.
Despite that, I really do like her...

I've been tagged a number of times and while it doesn't hurt, it still startles the heck out of me every time. Thankfully, my one snake that was turning into a bitter is settling down since I started a routine of handling him twice a week to help him realize that I am not a predator or a threat. Even though the bites don't hurt, I always scrub the area with alcohol and put a dab on Neosporin on it to prevent infection. Very pretty snakes by the way.
