Re: white stuff on my burmese pythons head
Very hard to tell, could be calcium from spray water? Does the whiteness disappear when it's wet? Could also be other things, but as i said it is very hard to tell from these pictures. Could you try to take clearer pictures (have someone help maybe?)

Re: white stuff on my burmese pythons head
When water droplets dry up, they can leave behind the calcium that is in the water. Calcium is not harmful on its own, i can not be 100% sure it IS calcium as the picture is very poor quality. If it is calcium, i would advice to stop spraying the snakes body. Also, just google what calcium is, i can not think of a way to simply explain you what it is in a way that is helpful at this moment. It's the same stuff that gets on your bathroom panels if you do not clean the water droplets of them, or the white rim left in a glass when you let the water vaporise.. It's also something found in bones.. 'hard water stains' < maybe google that,.

Re: white stuff on my burmese pythons head
An easy to determine if its calcium deposits is by us knowing what kind of water youre using in your misting system. If it is tap water calcium is a possibility. however if you are using distilled or reverse osmosis water there would be no calcium.
To me I think it looks more like retained shed. try gently wiping it with a warm damp cloth. If it peels off problem solved. this is my primary suspicion as I would expect to see calcium deposits on the whole snake not just the head.

Re: white stuff on my burmese pythons head
Renji often has calcium deposits on his head, he bumps the ceiling after spraying getting the top of his head wet. (Never said he's a smart snake)
Edit: And yea it could be retained shed as well
