The last thing I want is a glob of frozen mice stuck together. I spoke with their customer service department and was told the mice are frozen individually and packaged together and should not require any separating. Can anyone vouch that their feeders arrive in good condition from this or other suppliers? TIA. Have a great day.

if they are defrosted and refrozen, then they can become stuck together, and this is a good indicator that they may not have been kept at the correct temperature to guarantee they are as fresh as possible.
that doesnt really answer your question, its just a useful thing to know when buying them
