Buying frozen feeders online?

Hello everyone, I hope you are all well. I'm going to be placing an order online for feeder mice for the first time from Layne Labs. I've read many members here recommend them as a supplier. My question is since all of the feeders are in the same bag is there an issue with them being frozen together when they arrive, making them hard to separate and feed individually? The last thing I want is a glob of frozen mice stuck together. I spoke with their customer service department and was told the mice are frozen individually and packaged together and should not require any separating. Can anyone vouch that their feeders arrive in good condition from this or other suppliers? TIA. Have a great day.

I've never had frozen feeders stuck together. Only with pinky mice or pinky rats. Rats/mice/chicks with fur/feathers will usually not be stuck together. And I have ordered from several different places including rodentpro, bigappleherp, and lllreptile.

if they are defrosted and refrozen, then they can become stuck together, and this is a good indicator that they may not have been kept at the correct temperature to guarantee they are as fresh as possible.

these guys are pro's my friend, no one in this business freezes mice together in large globs. Most places flash freeze their animals on racks first then bag em.
