Juvenile Savannah Monitor Photos

A few shots of our four CF Juvenile Savannah Monitors in their setup foraging around...

some shots of the juveniles climbing, they spend most of their time clambering around on the backing and basking in the higher branches when their not digging around on the floor.

a couple photos of 'green' in his little house..

Nice monitors, how do you intend to house 4 adults? Lol it's likely you have more then one male.

Re: Juvenile Savannah Monitor Photos

I have 3 males and a female in there.
One of the males has been sold to a friend of mine and the other 3 will be moved into a reptile outhouse my partner is building in the garden.

Re: Juvenile Savannah Monitor Photos

These are the CF ones I got just before i left the UK, not the CBB ones i hatched earlier this year.
But yes, we had 6 little savannahs from one of my females clutches, she's done me very proud!
Glad to say that i'm speaking with a small handful of people that have now actually got some eggs cooking.
Need to spread the word on how to care for this species better and hopefully CBB specimens will be more frequently seen

Thanks for all your kind words though

Re: Juvenile Savannah Monitor Photos

By the way, your online name has a pretty funny implication over in Canada. Not sure if you knew or not
