Exclamation Is this a sign of respiratory infection?

I just got this boa and I noticed it holds its mouth just barely open. I was wondering if it might be a respiratory infection or if its normal. In the picture there's a little bit of substrate in her mouth but even when that wasn't there she still had her mouth open slightly.IMG_2670.jpg

Re: Is this a sign of respiratory infection?

Could be a sign of respiratory infection, a mouth infection, or possibly being too hot. A vet could diagnose an infection with a swab/cultures.
