New around here.

My interest in snakes is growing rapidly. I don't have one currently, for a variety of reasons. Physical challenges (wheelchair usage, to begin with) are forcing me to be extra diligent in finding the right snake for care and handleability. Not too concerned about the care aspect, as I have help available, but I want to take part and definitely want a snake I can handle. I refuse to get an animal I cannot take care of, like most of you, if not all, I am sure. For right now, I am just researching heavily. They are fascinating creatures!
