Can't post pictures?

I just got to five posts, but it won't let me post pictures still. getting an error message. Can anyone help me out here?

Someone told me 5 in my intro post. And it just worked!

It is really only the first post or two, but they have to be approved. Once that has happened, the system will upgrade the users profile when the batch system runs the next time. It tend to run once an hour, so it can take a bit. Good news is it keeps the spammers off the forum. Bad news is it can be confusing for new members.
