Re: CB Rough Green Snakes

I've kind of thought about trying to breed them. I have a paludarium set up that I had one in. It, unfortunately, refused to eat and died. It was, of course, wild caught, and I got it at a show. I'm thinking I might try to find a young one locally to replace it. Hopefully one that hasn't been shipped from god knows where and lugged around to reptile shows will be a little less stressed.

Maybe if I breed them, I'll hype them up as rare CB Rough Greens and sell them for $200 each to drum up interest in them and create more breeders. They're beautiful display snakes. Unfortunately, much of the reptile market is people who want to play with snakes.
