Re: Emerald tree boa
The male was an import but tbh prob the best looking import i have ever seen as far as health goes. Super clean scales, great weight, and a huge appetite if you told me it was CB I would believe it.

Re: Emerald tree boa
ETBs are such pretty looking snakes. I like the balance between white and green in yours.
Do they tolerate handling at all?

Ty chairman! tbh i dont even wanna say they're defensive but extremely reactive to their heat pits. The female has never struck at me but she turns her head at me whenever i come in from the side where her heat pits are. I back off before she gets the chance to do anything. Pretty much the same with the male but he has struck at me a couple of times. The CB baby hasnt shown any signs of aggression and tolerates my handling which im super happy about. I would like at least one i can take out and show off.

Re: Emerald tree boa
Id still say though theyre super chill compared to a mean ATB that will strike at you even if youre not close.

Yeah me too. And they feel so different compared to the adults. Like velvet. I wish they kept the red.
