Exclamation weird thing

ok i just saw that one of my baby guppy has a sorta weird growth near its vent. it appears ordinary guppy color and cuved. andi know for sure it not an abnormal growth.

im starting to think its haemorrhagic septicaemia but im also confused with columnaris.

i have treatment for both of em i just need to identify which one. im also thinking of waiting and seeing wut happens... c'z sometimes i see guppie excreting som sorta white gooey stuff xept this seem a lot bigger and darker. its cream in color

can any1 help me out on this one?
