Re: Demon, the Savannah Monitor :D
I still have not found any poop that compares to bearded dragon poop..
Its just unusually foul for an animal of that size, even compared to iguanas and tegus I have worked with.

Re: Demon, the Savannah Monitor :D
Make one like this. Just tie another piece of whatever your using. One loop is not going to do much
http://www.arcatapet.com/fullsize/1519.jpg
And if your flood lights are touching in the basking pic, you may want to seperate them. They get pretty hot..not worth having a bulb explode or something.

He's so beautiful. I wish I had the resources and stuff to keep a Savannah monitor. How's his temperament?

hes more on the chill side for a savannah, has been since i got him.. he attacks things like his water sprayer and tongs and stuff but never attacks my hands when i put them in the cage just hisses at me and puffs out usually runs into his hole. hes better than he was when i got him so there's progress lol..

They're smart animals, they won't run unless they have somewhere to run to.

Re: Demon, the Savannah Monitor :D
Hi, if those are recent pics he`s looking in very nice condition, well done!
I`d like to ask if you`ve thought of going into business making those harnesses?
If yes, I wouldn`t bother.......

Re: Demon, the Savannah Monitor :D
I didn't mean using the materials, etc. etc. and making that harness. Just that design with a lop infront of the legs, and a lop behind the legs, connected with that top piece. You could just purchase that style at petco anyways ....
