Re: Toronto Reptile Expo - May 29th 2011
Toronto is in ontario and it has a 3 meter law regarding snakes (snakes with the potential to surpass 3 meters are prohibited) but maby they shipped it to you outside the province.
Was hoping they at least showed them off

Re: Toronto Reptile Expo - May 29th 2011
Toronto has the 3 metre law, not all of Ontario. Just clearing that up because it sounds like you are saying all of Ontario....

Re: Toronto Reptile Expo - May 29th 2011
Well where I live, we have no by laws at all for reptiles....and it hasn't changed since the 60's...the 3 metre rule is fairly new. It is not all of Ontario. Other Cities have adopted Torontos 3 metre rule though.

Re: Toronto Reptile Expo - May 29th 2011
Its is generally just major cities that have the 3 meter bylaw such as the GTA and Ottawa I believe small cities such as Peterborough do not

Re: Toronto Reptile Expo - May 29th 2011
There are many different by-laws in other areas as well.
I know an area near me has the snake by-law (just outside of kitchener-waterloo)
as well as a lizard restriction of 2 or 3 feet. I forget the specifics on that.
