Haha, all the ones that got me and that I could help were always really happy.

I frequently got asked if they could reach me personally the next time they needed assistance, but all the locations I worked for were the kind where you were just routed an inbound call at random, no way of someone personally calling you. I was ranked #15 top CSR out of 320 representatives on site, at Obamacare, and #1158 best out of 15000+ nationwide. Got 5/5 scores on everything but what we called PPoM, basically not apologizing enough. I stopped doing it for -everything-, like what they wanted, because in my prior positions people got really mad when I constantly apologized. :/
