Re: Pet of the month contest?
Well, one would hardly classify a turtle as a lizard, but I get your meaning JR. I've been curious as to the progress here as well.
I had another thought as to a forum mascot. I'd vote for chomper initially, (Wayne's Sav.) But then I started thinking about Isis, (Jens albino Retic.) and then there is Chucks Yellow anaconda. Oh, and Tiny.... so many to choose from. I think I need a pic fix!

Re: Pet of the month contest?

Just a quick point the forum call sSnakeSs so i think the mascot should be a snake. My vote would be for Isis.

Re: Pet of the month contest?
I'd also vote for Isis!
But Chuck, you brought up an interesting point...the forum is called "sSNAKE Ss," so we might need a collage-type picture with multiple snakes!

Re: Pet of the month contest?
I just published the rules, and I am writing to Boots right now.
If I have not heard back by Monday morning, I will start the first one.
I believe "head shots" should be the first theme, that has a broad scope, as any herp qualifies. The "hard rules" will be repeated on the first post at the beginning of the contest.
