Re: Live Monitor Left in Dumpster
It's remarkable how tough these animals are, and how quickly they will recover if given the chance. Great job!

Re: Live Monitor Left in Dumpster
Week Three!
The first few layers of stuck shed have come off!
Peelin' away
Gaining weight and muscle in his tail and hind limbs
More stuck shed comin' off his tail too!
Pretty friendly and curious about me.

Re: Live Monitor Left in Dumpster
More uniform coloration!
Note how clean his mouth is! He's significantly more coordinated, agile, and quick when it comes to eating.
Stuck shed has come off of his legs too! and pelvic girdle isn't protruding as badly.
Missing nail from poor sheds passed
Now that he's more coordinated, we're working on toning

Re: Live Monitor Left in Dumpster
are you planning to keep this monitor the rest of its life, or get it back to health and then rehome it? Just curious He does look worlds different than the first couple pictures

Thank you very much!
Well! It's now week four and he's shedding like crazy! He's also very active!
Pelvic bones aren't protruding anymore
