That's super cheap as they are often around $600 for a low white male

So, mykee you do consider these deserts overpriced, but you also say that most breeders know market values.
SO...why would this person want to charge so much for a snake that any normal person...normal price range, or normal as in knowing about ball python market...want to pay that price?
I see what you're saying here...
OH btw to the OP, i like that second photo. That bp kind of reminds me of a carpet python.

Re: Ball pythons you see and wish you could get
Melissa, the simple fact that all females are infertile kills the entire project.
What kind of clutches are you going to get when yo have to throw all the females in the freezer or sell them to pet stores for $25?
Some breeders are banking on the fact that the female infertility issues are not well known yet and are trying to sell their deserts to an uneducated buyer.
Sick.
Aaron; I wouldn't be so proud of your potion, it's the ugliest one I've ever produced...

Corey is an awesome guy. He's been a good personal friend of mine for ten plus years. I'm over at his house it seems like once a week. If I'm not mistaken, that is a genetic stripe red axanthic.
Aaron; tough luck, sucka! He's all yours warts and all!
No tradesies or take-backs.
All sales final. Read the small print.

Re: Ball pythons you see and wish you could get
Went to the northwest metro reptile expo today! Oh my lord snakes and goodies galore!
depending on how much I get paid - and whether I can convince my mom or not, this pastel clown male will be mine! 80$ and I believe the 1408 is his weight in grams. he looks like he could weigh 1408 at least.
I fell in love with him, not sure why >XD This was the only picture I could get - the guy at the stand was reluctant to get him out because he hadn't been held at all that day and at the time he was holding a male albino BP for showing purposes.
What makes it better? their store isn't far from where I live I just have to hope he doesn't go before i'm able to buy him (if I get the means to)

Cool looking animal.
Do understand that that is a pastel POSSIBLE HET clown snake. It isn't a pastel clown according to it's label.

Re: Ball pythons you see and wish you could get
I wasn't too concerned about the clown part. Not getting him to breed a clown - just want a cool looking snake
i liked the color on him and the odd contrast of color on his sides. Has some neat patterning.
(One day I plan to breed - but quoting a woman I overheard telling someone viewing some of her snakes, "I don't breed for anything specific. I breed for pets." I just wanna see what my girl would some day make.)
