Re: Ants...

That and the way they use pheromones to keep track of where everyone else is going and to find the way home... Makes us look simple....

scoop up as much of the nest and the ants,then.....

put them in your house mates bed

maybe they will get the hint and stop leaving dirty dishes around

or....

transfer the nest and ants, into your house mates underwear drawer, some ants in his pants should do the trick

cheers shaun

Lolz!

Ants are fine as long as they're not nesting in my stuff and making trails through my house...

Don't forget to leave a note with directions to the kitchen sink just incase they don't know where dirty dishes belong! LOL

My room doesn't have a lock. I'd rather not give them clues to who did

Re: Ants...

putting ants in their bed would be such a freakin good idea! they'd never know it was you...the problem is they may not realize the connection of if you are nasty and leave crap everywhere, it will attract ants.

can you put ant traps around the stand the snake is on? to keep them from coming back?

Yeah I'm gonna go buy some Borax today. I didn't put any moss back in the tank either. In his humid hide, which he NEVER went into, I put damp paper towels instead of moss, and guess where he was this morning lol. Humidity is 92% in there, so I guess the moss doesn't need to be there anymore.

Re: Ants...

can you move the snake tank, after cleaning it out again? maybe you can like, stick duct tape on the outside of the tank, backwards, so the sticky side is up, and maybe they'll stick to it! lol
