The best voices for any metal bands have to be Chris Barnes (formerly of Cannibal Corpse), Corpsegrinder (currently of Cannibal Corpse), and the singer who just left Gore Rotted (I cannot remember his name at the moment).

Still... it all comes back to King Diamond (from Mercyful Fate as well as some solo stuff). He can really hit those high notes. Buddy from Cradle of Filth deserves an honourable mention as well. He does an incredible job at sounding like some sort of goblin.

I love Daniel Johns (silverchair)voice

Matthew Bellamy (Muse) has a great voice, it just always makes me sad when I hear it!

Finally I think Gerard Way (My chemical romance) has a great voice too!

There are also some others that have already been said, like Chester Bennington, and I'm sure I can't remember my favorite voice but, nevermind!
