Johnny Depp, Jim Carrey, Bill Murray, Martin Short, Chevy Chase, Steve Martin (for movies), Jennifer Garner/Matt LeBlanc/Matthew Perry/Jennifer Aniston/Will Ferrel (for TV), and Ben Affleck ('cause no one specified it had to be about 'acting ability') and Tom Cruise because I looooooove him.

Paul Bettany, for his freaking amazing job in Gangster #1.
If you like british movies with lots of profanity, violence, and twisted humour, you should definitely check out Gangster #1. Bettany plays the young gangster, whereas Malcolm McDowell (of Clockwork Orange fame) plays the old gangster.
And Marky Mark, who kicks *** in movies where he's running away for dear life.
